Vice Presidency for Academic Affairs<\/p>\n
The mission of the Vice Presidency for Academic Affairs is to conduct research and produce scholarly and academic works that introduce Shi\u2018ism in its various dimensions, whether through original authorship or translation, for international audiences. Its responsibilities also include monitoring and critically assessing the most significant scientific, cultural, and social challenges and misconceptions related to Shi\u2018ism; managing and supporting research projects aligned with the Institute\u2019s objectives; providing research and study opportunities for scholars from abroad; and designing conferences, seminars, academic chairs, and educational courses related to Shi\u2018a studies, among other activities.<\/p>\n
Vice Presidency for International Cooperation<\/p>\n
The Vice Presidency for International Cooperation is tasked with identifying institutions, associations, and scholarly and cultural figures engaged in Shi\u2018a studies, and collaborating with them to establish bilateral academic relations and to present a precise and systematic introduction to Shi\u2018ism for target audiences.
\nIts other responsibilities include monitoring scientific, cultural, and political news and events related to Shi\u2018ism; tracking relevant academic meetings and conferences at the international level; introducing and disseminating the Institute\u2019s scholarly and cultural works in both print and digital formats; and organizing and responding to communications with the public and audiences.<\/p>\n
Vice Presidency for Media and Digital Platforms<\/p>\n
The primary responsibility of the Vice Presidency for Media and Digital Platforms is to provide innovative and up-to-date formats for presenting produced content in accordance with the needs and demands of audiences. This mission is pursued through the production and dissemination of media programs in the fields of scientific and cultural Shi\u2018ism, as well as through the establishment of official pages and virtual groups focused on Shi\u2018a studies.<\/p>\n
Vice Presidency for Planning and Support<\/p>\n
The Vice Presidency for Planning and Support is responsible for comprehensive and forward-looking planning, in coordination and consultation with other vice presidencies, with the aim of facilitating the effective implementation of their programs.
